Located along the banks of the Thames at Royal Quays, this prestigious developnent saw the team at D&A Streets excel themselves with the delivery of this exciting and challenging project on behalf of County Metropolitian Homes.

The refurbishment was completed in three phases stretching over a 12-month period with works including the manufacture and installation of three glass canopies, over 300 powder coated steel balconies with complementary balustrades and glass infill panels and finally the installation of stainless steel perimeter balustrades around the marina edge protecting residents from the temptations of a paddle in the Thames!!

However the project didnt end there, with D&A Streets also being asked to manufacture and install steel security gates, disability ramps at all entrances, roller shutters for the underground car park and finally handrails and gates to the childrens play park within the development.

Truely a design, build and installation project to be proud of.
